Free To Do Datbase
First, I take no responsibility for any trouble caused by this and make no guarantees of any kind. This is free - please don't sell it or copy it and call it your own. with any trouble or suggestions. I made this for myself - and any friends who want it. It works on my Windows 98 system with Microsoft Access 2000.
You must have Microsoft Access to use this file. It is simply an Access database with some code in it to make things easier. You also need an unzipping program such as WinZip (free download) to unzip the file. Extract it to wherever you want it. There are two ocx files needed to use the calendar controls - view the readme.txt file in the zip file for instructions.
The background image I used is not mine - I got it from a free site somewhere...

Type a task.

Type a description (optional)

Click a date in the calendar.

Click the next or previous buttons to save the record.

Print / view all tasks. |

Print / view By Date report - another form will pop up for you to pick the date you want. |

Click "Delete Done Items" to delete all records marked (checkbox) as done. |

Delete current record whether it is done or not. |

When you're done with a task, click the Done checkbox. |
Select a date (pops up when you click ). If you click Cancel, it will pop up a couple messages (just click cancel, then okay).
